Abi is the founder of our studio and a dedicated 550 hour trained yoga teacher. With 6 years of teaching experience, and trainings between London, Greece and Bali, Abi brings a deeply personal and mindful approach to every class she leads.

Yoga has been a cornerstone of Abi’s own mental health journey — a powerful way to express, release and reconnect through movement. Her mission is to create a safe, nurturing space where students can find calm in the chaos, reconnect with themselves, and move with intention.

Abi’s teaching blends grounding practices with fluid movement, encouraging her students to explore both strength and softness on and off the mat.
